Bright Sky Studios partnered with Radiant Care to produce a powerful recruitment video showcasing their brand new long term care facility in Virgil, Ontario. The goal was simple: attract qualified, compassionate candidates during a major hiring push for 250 new positions. Through authentic storytelling, interviews with dedicated team members, and a cinematic look inside the new building, the video captured the culture, purpose, and impact of working at Radiant Care. The results speak for themselves. Within only two months of releasing the campaign, Radiant Care successfully filled all 250 roles. This project highlights how strategic, story led video production can transform a hiring challenge into a surge of motivated applicants across the Niagara region.
